Homes for Lambeth set up work and general ongoing activities: — Review of the drafted housing and property management strategy and procurement strategy for housing management services; — Prepare documentation necessary to progress an OJEU procurement of the housing management services; — Working with different parts of the Council to develop contract documentation for the housing management services, including inter alia objectives, KPIs, strategies for involving residents in housing and property management service scrutiny, etc.; — Market testing of potential housing management providers. Lot 2 — Information Management for Development Work: Homes for Lambeth set up work and general ongoing activities: — Oversee protocols and procedures for managing all information associated with the programme; — Oversee 4Projects platform for use across the whole programme. Homes for Lambeth set up work and general ongoing activities: — Identification of key elements of future housing and property management; — Identify objectives and key performance indicators for long-term housing and property management strategy; — Market testing of potential housing management providers; — Collection of data to help estimate likely future housing and property management costs for input into appraisals; — Preparation of documentation required to enable procurement of housing and property management services. Homes for Lambeth set up work and general ongoing activities: — Establish protocols and procedures for managing all information associated with the programme; — Set up 4Projects platform for use across the whole programme; — Establish library structures for documentation and naming conventions; — Provide training to Council staff on systems and procedures; — Identify BIM software / platform for use by programme; — Establish BIM protocols for use across programme.
