Tender description

LHC seeks to establish a framework agreement in respect of the manufacture, supply and installation of a specialist secure communal entrance doorset package including installation of door entry/access control facilities and including the provision of a comprehensive service/maintenance package for multi occupancy public sector housing and non-housing buildings throughout the UK on a regionalised basis. Suitable applicants will be required, as a minimum, to conform to the following certification requirements; for doorsets-STS202 BR2, LPS1175 SR 2 with PAS 24 being a pre-requisite to conformity, for door entry/access control systems, the recommendations of BSIA. SBD accreditation is also an essential requirement for conformity. All interested companies will be required to demonstrate capability of manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of products that conform to minimum specified standards of sustainability, manufacture and performance in connection with refurbishment or new-build public sector projects in the relevant Region.
