Tender description

Sefton Council’s Tourism Department is responsible for arranging events for the Southport area which includes the Southport Air Show each year. The Air Show is the largest event in the seaside resort celebrating it’s 25th anniversary this year. This is a hugely popular event that is well attended. The date of this years event is Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September 2016. Specification Sefton Council is looking for a suitable supplier to supply, erect and dismantle trackway panels for the Southport Air Show. Delivery would be Tuesday 6th September 2016, then collection Monday 12th September 2016. We would need: 90 x Event quality trackway box panels @ 3m x 2.41m to include rubber matting. These are for heavy vehicle movement & access on sand and grass. Keywords: Trackway, Panels
