Tender description
Management of the Council's sports and leisure facility portfolio which includes the following sites: — Paddington Recreation Ground; — Queen Mother Sports Centre; — Marshall Street Leisure Centre; — Seymour Leisure Centre; — The Porchester Centre, Spa and Hall; — Little Venice Sports Centre; — The new Moberly Sports Centre (a 20 000 000 GBP new facility due to open in late 2016); — The new Jubilee Sports Centre (a 2 000 000 GBP community sports centre due to open in 2018); — The new sports and leisure centre at the Chelsea Barracks site (delivery date TBC). The current portfolio of facilities attracts in excess of 3 500 000 visits per annum with over 16 000 members.
