Tender description

This requirement is split into 2 Lots. Lot 1 covers the general service, repair and maintenance of all Passenger/Goods/Service lifts and platform lifts situated throughout the University Estates. Lot 2 covers new works and major refurbishment projects i.e. the upgrading of existing systems or the installation of new equipment (all new systems must be backwards compatible). Lot 1 has been awarded to a single Supplier. Lot 2 forms a Framework of 3 Suppliers. Each call-off for the services required under Lot 2 will be conducted via mini-competition.
