This is a Prior Information Notice for the Establishment of Framework Agreements and/or Contracts for the Provision of Third-Party Services for Public Bodies/Government Departments in regard to the Protected Disclosures Act 2014. The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) will initiate a procurement procedure over the coming months for professional services, including advisory type services, training and potentially legal services, to the Public Sector. Further details of specific requirements pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course. Accordingly OGP does not require responses to this notice. Interested parties should note that a Request for Information relating to this PIN is also published, as the Office of Government Procurement seeks feedback for market research purposes prior to any specific procurement procedure.
