Tender description

To Implement a unified control room solution that is fit for purpose and will enable the force to respond to the channel shift in contact from the public whilst also maintaining a high quality of service with reducing resources and endorsing collaborative opportunities with other Emergency Service. Also future proofing its technology by ensuring compatibility with new underlying technologies including the new Emergency Services Network (ESN): 1. Interface with the ESN network for Voice and Data; 2. Interface with the Life-X client to allow operators to interact with the ESN.
