Tender description

Powys County Council will be inviting applications from registered Construction Line and CHAS (or equivalent) contractors for the following elements of works to our domestic properties: — Electrical re-wiring; — Refurbishment and installation of kitchens and bathrooms; — Replacement of windows and doors; — Re-roofing; — External wall insulation; — General estate works. With exception of electrical re-wiring, work will be split into 2 areas, North and South Powys. Events will be held to discuss the process where any questions can be answered: 26.7.2016 — Bishops Meadow, Hay Road, Brecon, LD3 9SW at 9:30 for 10:00 start. 27.7.2016 — Newtown Campus NPTG (Coleg Powys), Newtown, SY16 4HU at 9:30 for 10:00 start This tender may be subject to change at any time.
