Dublin City Council proposes to award a concession, to operate a Farmers Market / Arts & Crafts Market in St. Anne’s Park, off Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin 3. The concession will be to operate a weekly, full day market on one day of the weekend in St. Anne’s Park. It will be issued for a three year period with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, of being extended for a further two periods of one year each. The concessionaire will be expected to provide a high quality market that will complement the superb public amenity that hosts it. The market will provide a wide variety of vendors and/or products appropriate to the market setting (farmers), in a manner conducive with the public’s enjoyment of the park, whether they are customers of the market or not. Preference would be for quality artisan food, seasonal vegetables, Arts and Crafts market. Please see the tender documents for full details.
