Warwickshire County Council (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a specialist organisation to deliver a start-up service across Warwickshire. The service should provide support to individuals interested in starting a business, new businesses, start-ups and early stage businesses The service will be funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), the Authority and the District/Boroughs Councils.
