Tender description
The VOA were seeking an independent effectiveness review of its Board and ARAC to identify key strengths which may be built upon whilst identifying opportunities for further improvement and development compared to best practice. In particular, the outputs of the review needed to identify any skills gap we currently have and to aid our succession planning identify skills, capabilities and experience that we will need collectively in the future to deliver the right outcomes.
