Tender description

The primary focus of the 20Twenty Leading Business Growth programme is to promote and facilitate leadership development and business growth to the next generation of leaders, aspiring managers and entrepreneurs throughout Wales. The purpose of this tender is to appoint a number of partner organisations to help deliver the overall programme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Motivation and Resilience workshop within the ‘Leadership’ theme of the programme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Mental Toughness workshop within the ‘Leadership’ theme of the programme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Management and Business Innovation workshop within the ‘Business Growth’ theme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Harnessing Low Carbon Opportunities workshop within the ‘Business Growth’ theme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Lean Methodologies workshop within the ‘Business Growth’ theme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Marketing and Sales Strategies in the ‘Business Growth’ theme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Customer Focussed Growth Strategies workshop within the ‘Managing Growth and Performance’ theme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Strategic Business Tools and Methodologies workshop within the ‘Managing Growth and Performance’ theme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Coaching and the Development of High Performing Teams workshop within the ‘Leadership’ aspect of the programme. The appointment of 1 provider to deliver the Theory of Leadership and Strategic Change workshop within the ‘Leadership’ theme of the programme. The appointment of up to 4 providers to undertake workshop facilitation as an element of the Workshop Support theme of the Programme. This Facilitation requirement applies across all themes of the Programme. The Workshop Support lots are only available to those bidding for lots in the ‘Leadership’ theme (i.e. Lots 1 to 4). This number of providers will be dictated by the number of bidders successfully appointed to the Leadership ‘lots’. The appointment of up to 4 providers to deliver coaching and mentoring sessions to all programme participants as part of the Workshop Support theme of the programme. The Workshop Support lots are only available to those bidding for lots in the ‘Leadership’ theme (i.e. Lots 1 to 4). This number of providers will be dictated by the number of bidders successfully appointed to the Leadership ‘lots’.
