Tender description
1. Background: 1.1. The Council intended to procure Contractors to carry out the Day to Day maintenance on Council Properties (excluding housing) for: Lot 1a — General Building and Roofing (North); Lot 1b — General Building and Roofing (South); Lot 2a — Glazing (North); Lot 2b — Glazing (South); Lot 3a — Electrical Installation (North); Lot 3b — Electrical Installation (South); Lot 4a — Mechanical Installation (North); Lot 4b — Mechanical Installation (South). The Council properties will be split into 2 areas based on Geographic Location: A) North: Southport and Formby; B) South: Bootle, Litherland, Crosby and Maghull. 1.2. Potential Providers submitting responses needed to be able to deliver all of the works required for the project, either themselves or through their supply chain. A contract Award was unable to be concluded against Lots 2a and 2b.
