Tender description

NHS SBS wishes to establish a framework agreement of suppliers for the provision of Modular Buildings to the public sector, including but not limited to: (I) Generic Timber Framed Buildings — Purchase; (II) Generic Timber Framed Buildings — Hire / Lease; (III) Generic Steel Framed Buildings — Purchase; (IV) Generic Steel Framed Buildings — Hire / Lease; (V) Catering — kitchen and restaurant units — Purchase; (VI) Catering — kitchen and restaurant units — Hire / Lease; (VII) Educational — nursery, primary, secondary and further education classroom units — Purchase; (VIII) Educational — nursery, primary, secondary and further education classroom units — Hire / Lease; (IX) Healthcare — consultation, patient accommodation and operating theatre units — Purchase; and (X) Healthcare — consultation, patient accommodation and operating theatre units — Hire / Lease. NHS SBS will look to divide the procurement into Lots as outlined in II.1.4) Further details of the Lotting structure cannot be provided at this time and is subject to change.
