QUOTATION OPPORTUNITY The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Consultant to design and deliver a series of four (4) linked training events to include: a half day BECC Link Officer training session, a half day emergency management training session for senior management, an Emergency Control Centre Command Post Exercise, and a half day table top exercise for the Council’s strategic level management. The contract will initially be for a period of five (5) months commencing on the 10th of August 2016. There may be an option for the successful organisation to also deliver the Emergency Training exercise in 2017, at the discretion of the London Borough of Sutton. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal. Prospective bidders are advised to register their interest by going to https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any quotation. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted. Interview confirmations will be sent on 26th of July 2016, and the interviews will take place on the 2nd of August or 8th of August 2016.
