Tender description

To carry out Gas servicing, gas and solid fuel repairs, including call out and the design and installation of Boilers and heating system renewals to council housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The Council is unable to guarantee this value or any volume of work. The tenderer must make whatever investigations/enquiries deemed necessary to ascertain a fully inclusive tender capable of fulfilling the specified requirements. A contract duration of 3 years with 2 potential annual extensions. Estimated total value of Contract 2 300 000 GBP per annum, with an estimated maximum potential contract value over 5 years, 11 500 000 GBP.
