Tender description
The contract will cover the service and maintenance of Stairlifts, Hoists and Through Floor Lifts installed in Council and privately owned dwellings within Central Bedfordshire and will involve bi-annual servicing and a reactive responsive repairs facility. The responsive repairs service will include normal working hours and out of hours with a maximum response time of 24 hours and 2 hours for emergencies. The contract will be for 2 years.
