Tender description

Cowane's Hospital Maintenance Trust (CHMT) has received a Stage 1 Heritage Lottery Fund pass for this project to repair, conserve, adapt and enhance a 17th Century former almshouse and its associated 18th Century garden. CHMT are seeking to appoint an architect-led multidisciplinary design team to take forward the project proposals as set out in the Feasibility Stage RIBA Stage 1 to the completion of an RIBA Stage 3. This will allow the CHMT to submit a Stage 2 Heritage Lottery Fund application which if successful will mean the Design Team will be required to take the design from RIBA Stage 4 to Stages 6, hand over and close out.
