Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council have been out to tender to get providers onto a framework agreement for the Provision of Adult and Community Learning Services. This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74 and is for educational services.
