Tender description
The Planet Framework Model (PFM) is HS2 Ltd.’s primary transport model used for forecasting how the rail network will be used in the future and the impact HS2 would have. The analysis contract is used to conduct analysis using PFM and other models. Analysis is produced for business cases and to support decisions that need to be made about HS2.
