SHG is seeking the following services to support its recruitment process: • Psychometric testing to be administered and assessed both locally and at the SHG office in London to include both online and remote assessment (options to include supplier remote assessment, SHG training in assessment and license for online tool); • Aptitude testing to be administered and assessed both locally and at the SHG office in London to include both online and remote assessment, to include both online and remote assessment (options to include supplier remote assessment, SHG training in assessment and license for online tool) ; • Training in the design of job profiles to reflect organisational competency requirements for key posts across the organisation, and in respect of the design of clear and relevant job profiles; • Competency based interview training for up to 100 line managers across the service which is accessible either online or through distance learning, on a one off basis.
