Tender description

Wybór operatora w celu wykonywania przewozów autobusowych w publicznym transporcie zbiorowym na liniach komunikacyjnych obejmujących obszar Powiatu Kolneńskiego, dla których Powiat Kolneński jest organizatorem publicznego transportu zbiorowego. Organizator dokona wyboru operatora w trybie art. 19 ust. 1, pkt 2 ustawy z 16.12.2010 o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (tj. Dz.U. z 2015 r. poz. 1440). W przypadku braku zgłoszeń koncesjonariuszy, organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do przeprowadzenia przetargu i wyboru operatora w trybie przepisów ustawy z 29.1.2004 – Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj. Dz.U. z 2013 r., poz. 907 z późn. zm.).
