NCC are looking to tender for a partner to assist us in our Journey to the Cloud. NCC currently has 2 Data Centres, 1 based at County Hall in West Bridgford Nottingham and 1 based at Node4 in Derby. The primary Data Centre at County Hall is due to be decommissioned in 2018 and therefore NCC are looking to start moving services to an alternative provision using cloud based delivery. This is likely to be on an Infrastructure as a Service or Private Cloud basis with some co-location. NCC will be hosting a supplier day on Wed 6.7.2016 from 9:00 - 12:00 noon at County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP.
