Tender description

A mini competition against Lot 1 — Multi-discipline of the DPS for the Provision of Language Services Framework (LPP/2015/018). The mini competition is being run against region 1e — Central and East Anglia for both: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust; Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust; who are looking to appoint an approved supplier that can provide a 1-stop-shop for end to end language service solutions including provision of: — Spoken and non-spoken face-to-face interpreting; — Telephone and Video interpreting and other technology solutions; — Translation, transcription and ancillary services; — Strategy and policy advice, for example advising on demand management and how savings could be made by switching delivery channels; — Centralised management information to provide insightful analysis to inform policy and decision making; — Consolidating invoicing for the provision of the entire service.
