Tender description

Cartsdyke Court is a 12 floor, multi-storey property sitting situated on an elevated position within the East end of Greenock containing 49 units for social rent by RCH. Cartsdyke Court is currently heated by electric storage heating with hot water provided by an electric immersion controlled cylinder. RCH will be replacing the current system with 3 x 70kW = 210kW Biomass boiler (pellet fed system) to provide both heat and hot water to the 49 units equating to 291 560kW running hours per year. RCH are offering the opportunity to carry out the operation, maintenance, metering (including installation of meters) and billing for the scheme and the successful tenderer will receive the income from the billing process and the RHI payments.
