CRM System for INAB Accreditation Process

Tender description

The Health & Safety Authority is seeking tender proposals for the provision, installation and maintenance of a CRM system for the management of the INAB Accreditation process. The solution system will be required to provide a distinct structure for the storage and control of INAB and accreditation related documentation. This will be further enhanced by the provision of a suite of external “portals”, primarily to enable external entities to manage their respective areas of responsibility within the accreditation process, to provide rapid access to statistics and relevant documentation during Board reviews to support review decisions and also to provide a conduit into the existing INAB website to allow public access to search for and view specific CAB certificates and scopes. The attached requirements document and matrix outline in detail the requirements of the proposed system.
