Internal and External Decoration Framework The University of Sunderland is looking to set up a framework of 6 decorating contractors (3 per lot) to carry out internal and external decoration to University buildings. The works could cover from repainting single walls /rooms, up to a full redecoration of a residential block. This will be split into 2 lots: Lot 1 — Internal Decoration; Lot 2 — External Decoration. Suppliers can apply for 1 lot or both lots The framework will run for 3 years with an option to extend for a further year in monthly increments. The tender will involve internal and external decoration of the following types of buildings — Public Exhibition Space; — Teaching Buildings; — Office Accommodation; — Residential; — Maintenance areas; — Social and leisure spaces.
