Tender description

Midlothian Council seeks to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of economic operators for the Supply of Bituminous and Non-Bituminous Road Surfacing Materials as required by its Commercial Operations — Roads team. It is anticipated that 3 Suppliers will be appointed per each Lot detailed in this notice. The supply of Surface Course Materials to support Midlothian Council's operational Roads team in its routine road maintenance and improvement works. The supply of Base / Binder Materials to support Midlothian Council's operational Roads team in its routine road maintenance and improvement works. The supply of Aggregate materials to support Midlothian Council's operational Roads team in its routine road maintenance and improvement works.
