Chelmsford City Council (CCC) (‘the Authority’) is redeveloping the Riverside Ice and Leisure centre to provide a new modern facility built to complement retail, business and housing investment to provide a 1st class sports and leisure facility in the City Centre. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to ‘warm up’ the market to the opportunity and to gather base information to assist CCC in the procurement of the Contractor for this prestigious project. In addition, CCC is seeking to establish the market interest for this project with due regard to those organisations with the relevant economic, financial and technical capacity to undertake all of the required works.
