Coventry City Council is seeking to enter into a framework to engage the services of suitably experienced suppliers to carry out the provision of maintenance, repair and testing relating to the following work types: — Maintenance, Testing and Repair to Fire Alarm Systems — Addressable; — Maintenance, Testing and Repair to Air Conditioning Systems; — Maintenance, Testing and Repair to Kitchen Canopies; — Maintenance, Testing and Repair to Intruder, PA, WC and Pool Alarms. The services detailed above will be required in and around the City of Coventry. Coventry City Council will require services to be provided at Coventry City Council properties and other 3rd party properties, such as schools, academies, free schools, leisure centres, commercial offices and retail units. These works will occasionally be required at Plas Dol-y-Moch (North Wales).
