Tender description

Procurement of external property specialists to support the Council's in house team in undertaking commissioned professional property work on behalf of the Authority in the areas of Estate Management and Agency and Building Surveyor Services. Duration of agreement will be 48 months. The agreement will be open to other purchasers comprising the Cornwall Council business family members which are Cornwall Housing Ltd, CORMAC Solutions Ltd, Cornwall Development Company, Cornwall Airport Ltd, Tempus Leisure, Strategic Partnership for Support Services and Careers South West; and the authorities within http://www.swcouncils.gov.uk/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=1 The provision of services for: — Landlord and Tenant incorporating Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and new lettings, Service Charge management; — Acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold; — Valuations for range of purposes in line with the RICS Valuation Proof Standards Red Book. The provision of services for: — Party Wall awards; — Schedule of Conditions; — Dilapidations assessment (although more probably managed through Lot 1); — Minor Capital Works (linked primarily to professional work flowing from this Lot).
