Tender description
Manage or maintain an Independent Support service in any given local authority area where trained independent supporters are available to be deployed from 1.7.2016 — 31.3.2017. The role of Independent Supporters will be to provide families and young people up to age 25 with timely and appropriate support through the EHC assessment and planning process. This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is open to voluntary, community sector and private organisations (VCS&P) who wish to be considered to deliver Independent Support in any given local authority area over a 9 month period from 1.7.2016 to 31.3.2017.
