Prior Information Notice — PIN: Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert the market that Curo Group is preparing a tender exercise for servicing and maintenance of our portfolio of residential passenger lifts in the near future. The Project comprises planned maintenance of an reactive repairs to Curo's owned/managed lifts at the detailed sites. The successful Contractor will make available all the necessary resources to provide high-quality Comprehensive preventative lift maintenance services to Curo, in full compliance with the specification and conditions of contract. The Project also comprises the completion of SAFed LG1 inspections on an annual basis which will be undertaken during 1 of the monthly service visits. This notice does not relate to an award of public contract. A future tendering exercise is envisaged in relation to the aforementioned supply which will be the subject of a separate OJEU Contract Notice.
