The Open Market Review is to identify any areas that are earmarked for the up-coming Fastershire Broadband Strategy Stage 3 Lots 3 and 4 procurements which have or may benefit from commercial investment to provide broadband speeds of 30Mbps or over. Submissions are to be returned as outlined within the Fastershire Broadband Strategy Stage 3 Lots 3 & 4 OMR Response Template that will be made available to providers following the submission of a completed PSMA licence agreement.
