Tender description

The works comprise the remodelling of the existing council chamber including taking up the existing floor finishes and skirting boards, installing new Kingspan access flooring and new timber raised flooring, forming 2nr timber ramps with timber balustrading to the ramp in the chamber and glass balustrading to the ramp in the corridor, manufacturing and installing timber stairs and timber balustrading, manufacturing and installing purpose made desks, installation of 2nr wheelchair lifts, new carpet to the entire council chamber together with associated electrical works Any work outside the Contractor’s Site Boundary which affects services, excavations and confined space entry must be carried out with the approval of the Architect/Contract Administrator. The access road must be kept clear and clean at all times and the Contractor must not obstruct traffic to and from The Braid.
