Tender description

The Council is supporting Harrogate at Christmas in the procurement of a lighting service for the Christmas lights in Harrogate town centre. The contract will be let for the season November 2016 to January 2017. The contract may be extended for a maximum of a further two seasons. This will be reviewed at the end of each season. The service to be provided is the supply, all labour, plant and materials and plant to achieve the required Christmas lights installation in Harrogate
