Tender description

The purpose of the REF is to establish a business support product that will assist Leeds City Region SMEs to identify, fund and implement capital resource efficiency improvements by providing technical assessment, wrap around support and capital grants to eligible businesses. West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) intends to procure a framework of consultants for the Leeds Enterprise Partnership (LEP) to deliver technical resource efficiency assessments of SME businesses, identifying the possible improvement opportunities across waste, water and energy, together with a review of the financing options available to the business to deliver these improvements. It is anticipated that the REF will be part-funded by the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020 and the Local Growth Fund.
