Provision of Procurement Support Services to the SFPA

Tender description

The Authority intends to establish an agreement with one service provider for the provision of Procurement Support Services that will assist the Authority to provide support in ongoing procurement activities. This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by the SFPA and invites suitably qualified Procurement Support service providers to assist with delivering continued Irish public service compliant procurement procedures, increasing the Authority’s capacity to utilise a variety of procurement methodologies; project implementation and contract management for ensuring best value for money from goods and services procured in line with requirements and goals; provide specialist advice on complex Government procurement matters and training. This is a full service contract, however the services required on each tender process will be interchangeable depending on the type of tender methodology to be applied, and complex nature of the goods and/or services to be procured. Tenderers are directed to review requirements as laid down in Appendix 1. Tenderers must demonstrate that the proposed Procurement Support Services in the public service arena are a core activity of the current business.
