26 February 2016 Dear Sir or Madam Tender for the provision of Cleaning Services at the MAC Thank you for responding to the advertisement for the provision of Cleaning Services. The Board of Trustees of the MAC (Metropolitan Arts Centre) Limited (“the MAC”) invites you to tender for this project. Tenderers should read the ‘Invitation to Tender” (“ITT”) carefully and ensure that sufficient time is allowed to submit your tender before the deadline. Any clarification questions relating to this procurement must be emailed to procurement@themaclive.com. The closing date for clarification questions relating to the contract documents is 12:00 noon on Friday 11 March 2016. The closing date for the return of tenders is no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 4 April 2016. We are not obliged to accept the highest or any tender. Late tenders will not be considered. Site Visit An opportunity to view the site will be available on Wednesday 9 March 2016. If you wish to attend please complete the Site Visit Confirmation Form attached and email it to procurement@themaclive.com. You should provide the names of those attending by Friday 4 March 2016.
