Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of two minor capital works projects in Stoke-on-trent covering the following : 1. Swift House - external Tadiran heat pump condensors (7 off) serving 7 A/C systems in basement are now obsolete and due to age no longer supported for essential spares. The remedial action required is the installation of 4 Hitachi condensors as soon as possible. 2. Hanley Library - All pipework in external ducting is badly corroded. The remedial action required is to renew pipework including exposing duct and making good.
