Tender description

Bradford Council is looking for a supplier who can provide a comprehensive Application and Interface Software Support service to ensure that all Application and Interface Software is as defined within the SAP Service Market Place portal and will as part of the Incident and Problem management services resolve Incidents and Problems with the Applications and Interfaces, including in particular producing and implementing Minor Software Releases e.g. SAP Notes and emergency fixes for Applications and Interface.
