Tender description
Oaklee Housing invites tenders from experienced housing developers to submit proposals for developing turnkey social residential schemes within the proximity of public services and amenities at a number of locations in Counties Wexford, Waterford, Kilkenny and Carlow in the south east of Ireland in accordance with the provisions of this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’). The RFT: (a) sets out the terms and conditions for the selection of suitable schemes and associated developers; (b) provides details on the general arrangements, including funding and contracts which the Schemes are to be procured under; and (c) invites interested parties to participate in the Competition by making certain submissions to Oaklee.
