Tender description

The Leader of Kent County Council and the Chair of the Kent Health and Well-being Board have identified that with the Authority's responsibility to host the Kent Health and Well-being Board and the Integration Pioneer Programme a requirement for a Strategic Clinical Leadership to engage at a Senior Level with range of National Bodies for example NHS England and local NHS Clinicians. This is a prestigious contract in which the successful Supplier will take a lead role in the Integration Pioneer programme through the Integration Pioneer Steering Group), a formal subcommittee of the Health and Well-being Board which includes the roll out of the integration of health and social care in Kent, connecting with the National New Models of Care Programmes, supporting Kent Vanguard and Test bed programmes and ensuring learning at a local, national and international level. It will also oversee the Kent Better Care Fund management through the Integration Pioneer Programme. The Authority is seeking a high degree of clinical design expertise, innovation experience, system leadership experience. This will need to include Clinical design, innovation and system leadership experience at a strategic director level.
