Cleaning Services to Communal Areas in Sheltered Accommodation owned by North Kesteven District Council

Tender description

The contract comprises the cleaning of communal area s including but not limited to entrance porches, walls, floors, landings, stair wells, common rooms and kitchenettes along with window cleaning in communal areas of sheltered accommodation at locations within the boundaries of North Kesteven District Council. The contract will be let for an initial three year period with the option to extend for a further 12 months up to a maximum contract length of four years. The extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and will be dependant on satisfactory performance
