Tender description
The Council is seeking to leverage in private sector experience and expertise to help deliver this programme of new housing. On the estate regeneration projects, the Council is progressing the procurement of development management teams that can help deliver these projects. These teams contain the full gambit of technical skills required to progress projects through masterplanning, planning, land assembly, procurement of construction and management of the construction projects. Lot 1 — Commercial and Technical Services 1. Strategic Advice; 2. Financial Appraisal; 3. Cost Consultancy; 4. Technical Programming; 5. Project Monitor. Lot 2 — Procurement Strategies and Implementation 6. Quality Strategy and Implementation; 7. Procurement Strategy and Implementation; 8. Housing Management Strategy and Implementation. Lot 3 — Information Management 9. Management of Collaborative Design Platform.
