Tender description
The Council wishes to put in place a Contract for the development and ongoing support of new online solution including a website, online forms and self-service account. The web services platform must become our primary customer information source, number one contact mechanism and enable customers to complete as many transactions online as possible. The web solution should become the ‘shop window’ for all the services it offers including everything from recycling collection dates and paying council tax to checking business rates and looking at leisure activities. The solution should demonstrate the vision for South Derbyshire and highlight the desire and plans for growth the District has.
