Reactive Pre-Planned Maintenance Works 2016 - 2018 (2020)

Tender description

This contract is to carry out Reactive Pre-Planned Maintenance Works at various sites for Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust (trading as 'Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles'). The sites currently within the scope of this contract are located in Wigan, Cannock and Selby, but further additional sites may be included. The contract is split into the following two lots: Lot 1 - Reactive Maintenance Internal and external repair works including but not limited to the following: Flooring repairs; Joinery repairs and replacements; Fittings and equipment repairs and replacement; Glazing repairs and replacements; Roofing repairs; Plumbing repairs and replacements; Drainage blockage removal; Minor refurbishment works; Lot 2 - Pre-Planned Maintenance; Electrical Equipment Maintenance; Mechanical Equipment Maintenance; M/E Reactive Maintenance; Minor refurbishment works. The contract is intended to run for an initial period of two years with an option to extend for a further period of two years. Wigan Council is using the e-procurement portal known as The Chest at https://www.the-chest.org.uk/ to conduct the procurement exercise.
