Tender description

The Framework Agreement is for the provision of consulting services for 2 elements namely: Commercial Accelerator Programme CAP2; Equipment Support Procurement Programme Review ESPPR. The services required are detailed as follows: Commercial Accelerator Programme (CAP2): — The services will assist CCS with the identification of initiatives within Government Departments in the area of Common Goods and Services. They will enable the acceleration of savings delivery on behalf of government departments; — The services will validate the uplift of commercial capabilities of CCS employees through transfer of knowledge, measurement and mentoring; — The services will improve the rigour around the recording of savings delivery, with departments that use the framework; — The services will govern all projects consistently across the framework, with the pipeline of initiatives agreed by the Customer with CCS; — The services will provide tools, techniques and a Project management Office (PMO) resource to support this programme of work throughout the engagement. Equipment Support Procurement Programme Review ESPPR: — The services will assist MOD with the investigation and identification of opportunities to drive down cost and seek synergies within the ESPPR arena; — The services will enable the uplift of commercial capabilities of MOD employees through skills transfer, formal training, guidance and mentoring of the MOD team; — The services will improve the rigour around the recording of savings delivery; — The services will govern all projects consistently across the framework, with the pipeline of initiatives agreed by MOD; — The services will development internal tools, techniques and a Project management Office (PMO) resource to support this programme of work throughout the engagement. Both Lots in this deal will be priced on a contingent basis, this will be described in the ITT documentation.
