Tender description

Tender for Plumbing Works Term Contract in Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council for the term of 16.5.2016 to 31.3.2018 with the option to extend for a further year subject to review and performance. Tender to appoint contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance to the Council's Estate. These properties will be located within the Council area. Contractors will be placed on a framework for 24 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to review and performance.
