Tender description
NS&I uses omnibus services to help collect bespoke information on the general public's opinions and behaviours with regards to various issues. This information is often used to provide a lifestyle slant to publications NS&I releases (e.g. press releases) but also to inform business decisions. NS&I also uses omnibus services as a cost effective means of measuring levels of awareness and cut through of its various advertising activities. In addition to this ad-hoc use of omnibus services, NS&I currently runs a regular (quarterly) savings survey on an online omnibus. This survey has been running for over 10 years and is used to feed into stories that NS&I issues. This report is used to position NS&I as an expert commentator on retail savings.
